The California Independent System Operator ("CAISO") is in the process of developing an amendment to the CAISO Tariff in response to FERC Orders Nos. 2006 and 2006-A regarding the Standardization of Small Generator Interconnection Agreements and Procedures and will be making a compliance filing on February 10, 2006. The CAISO will have a stakeholder process for this initiative, with stakeholder meetings on January 4, 2006 and January 23, 2006.
