Incorporation of FERC 2006-A changes. Changes made to apply to ISO & PTO instead of Transmission Owner/Provider. Modify the SGIA as needed for a 3-party agreement among the PTO, ISO and Interconnection Customer with proposed roles and responsibilities for each party. Make the SGIA language consistent with the language of the LGIA for comparable provisions. Proposal to make Interconnection study agreements consistent with LGIP study agreements
