The Business Practice Manual (BPM) for Settlements and Billing consists of three sets of documents. The first set is the main body of the Settlements and Billing BPM. The second set consists of a series of attachments, which support the content provided in both the main body as well as the BPM Configuration Guides. The third set, which can be accessed through Attachment E, consists of the BPM Configuration Guides themselves.  The links that follow can be used to access all documents associated with the BPM for Settlements and Billing.
