EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Pursuant to the guidelines for an Operational Review the ISO Management engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC (PwC) to perform a compliance assessment relating to specified control room operational processes. PwC performed their assessment over a period of several months in 2005 and issued a final report on May 26, 2006. Management requests that the Board accept the report as submitted and proposes the following motion: MOVED, that the Committee recommends that the Board accepts the “Report on Compliance Assessment Relating to Specified Control Room Operational Processes” for 2005 issued by PricewaterhouseCoopers on May 26, 2006.
