This is only a status report. No Board action is requested. The Market Surveillance Committee (MSC) held a public meeting on November 13, 2006 at the California ISO. All MSC members were present. Frank Wolak called the meeting to order. He then asked the MSC members to approve the minutes from the October 6, 2006 teleconference public meeting to hear stakeholder comments and vote on the “Opinion on Alternative Treatment of New Transmission for Interconnection of Renewable Generation.” The MSC members unanimously voted to approve these minutes. Frank Wolak then asked if there were any public comments from stakeholders at the meeting or listening on the telephone.
