CAISO requests interested candidates apply for available membership positions on
the Transmission
Maintenance Coordination Committee
(TMCC).

Main Text: In April 1998 the California ISO
(CAISO), in compliance with a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission order and a
resolution by the CAISO Board of Governors, established an advisory committee
now called the Transmission Maintenance Coordination Committee. At this time, the CAISO is seeking
candidates to fill two-year terms on
the Committee as six of the eleven external voting members’ terms are due to
expire in the year 2007.
The CAISO requests candidates, to
include nominations from existing member organizations with terms that are
expiring and other stakeholder organizations with interest in participating with
the TMCC, submit their names, contact information, and qualifications by
February 16, 2007 to Steve Rutty, Interim Manager – Grid Assets, by mail,

CAISO Management will present a
proposal of selected candidates to the Board of Governors for approval at the
scheduled March 7/8, 2007 meeting.
