This page shows notices of appeal for ADR matters, in accordance with Section 13.4.3.1 of the CAISO Tariff and the direction of the CAISO ADR Committee. It also summarizes the claim and arbitration award for each matter on appeal. To the extent that these awards have become publicly available, it also publishes the awards.
