| The tariff provides that, except in a “baseball” style arbitration, “the arbitrator shall issue a written decision granting the relief requested by one of the parties, or such other remedy as is appropriate, if any, and shall include findings of fact and law. . . . A summary of the disputed matter and the arbitrator’s decision shall be published in an ISO newsletter or other electronic bulletin board . . . .” 13.3.11.1 In each of the following matters, the arbitrator’s award was appealed to the FERC and became publicly available through that process. Accordingly, in lieu of a summary, the ISO publishes the entire award below. | |
