MRTU Bid-to-Bill Courses Intermediate level courses designed for attendees that have a working knowledge of the technology and relevant processes for the session topics.  A walk through of the various interaction points in the MRTU Market Processes – beginning over a year in advance, through the bidding process and through the billing process.
