Retroactive RCST Significant Event Summary for period 6/1/06 – 2/28/07. This summary report examines the timeframe from 6/1/2006 through 2/28/2007. It includes the criteria used by the CAISO to designate Significant Events and RCST resources due to these Events, and summarizes which periods and which resources were designated, as well as which ones were not. This report and the individual weekly reports can be utilized as a guide by Market Participants to determine how the CAISO will designate Significant Events and resulting RCST designations going forward.
