Summary:

The Peak Energy Rent data is calculated by the CAISO based on FERC's February 13, 2007 Order relating to Resource Capacity Service Tariff (RCST) settlements and used in the daily FERCMOO Capacity Payments calculations. The data in this file will assist the Scheduling Coordinators (SCs) in validating FERCMOO Capacity Payments.
