Summary:

This declaration needs to be submitted by any Load Serving Entity (LSE) or Out of Control Area Load Serving Entity (OCALSE) that wants to participate in the Long-Term Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Allocation process. This form will accompany the Schedule A LT, which will list those sources the entity can use for the Long-Term CRR Allocation process.
