Main Text:  The California ISO (CAISO) is hosting a Market Surveillance Committee (MSC) Teleconference on November 21, 2007 in public session.  The agenda item for discussion and adoption is the MSC’s draft opinion on Interim Capacity Procurement Mechanism.

 

The CAISO has posted the draft meeting agenda to its website at: http://www.caiso.com/1c95/1c95a3a064c70.pdf and will post the draft opinion at http://www.caiso.com/1c95/1c95a2f25ee80.html by close of business Monday, November 19, 2007.

 

Although the MSC process for developing and adopting opinions is not a stakeholder process, stakeholders wanting to provide written comments on the draft opinion in advance of the teleconference may send them to kperez@caiso.com by close of business Tuesday, November 20, 2007.
