Summary:

The CAISO has added four new tabs to the Transmission Rights and Transmission Curtailments (TRTC) Instructions Template to collect additional details necessary for implementation of TRTC Instructions under MRTU. CAISO is requesting that the PTOs and TOR holders return TRTC Instructions to the CAISO by December 5 for inclusion in the start of Market Simulation Update 2. The CAISO has posted a supplementary guide to aid in the completion of these additional tabs.
