Summary:  The CAISO has scheduled a stakeholder conference call for Wednesday, January 23, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., to review the Competitive Path Assessment white paper presenting the third release of preliminary results.

Main Text:  On December 19, 2007 the Department of Market Monitoring released a white paper presenting the third set of preliminary results for the Competitive Path Assessment.  The California ISO (CAISO) has scheduled a stakeholder conference call for Wednesday, January 23, 2008 to review this Competitive Path Assessment white paper, which reflects adjustments to generation portfolios to account for contractual transfer of operational and bidding control through Tolling Agreements.
