Summary:  The CAISO has enhanced the Settlements Dispute System (SDS) to self-populate the Charge Types required additional information and will deploy the improvements on February 12, 2008.

Main Text:  The California ISO (CAISO) has enhanced the SDS to ease the process for users submitting Settlements disputes and will deploy the improvements on February 12, 2008.  Users must follow these steps for the SDS to self-populate the Charge Types required additional information:

 

1.       Enter the disputed Trade Date

2.       Enter the four digits of the disputed Charge Type

3.       Press enter and the Charge Group and Parent Charge Group fields will self populate

 

Please note that if the Charge Type in the dispute is not an active Charge Type for the selected Trade Date, the Charge Type field and the related information will not populate.
