The CAISO will conduct a stakeholder process on a Transitional Capacity Procurement Mechanism (TCPM), which will fulfill the CAISO’s commitment to modify the current Reliability Capacity Services Tariff (RCST) in light of potential new schedules related to the launch of MRTU. The CAISO will post a TCPM proposal on February 13 and hold a stakeholder conference call on February 21, 2008
