Reporting ISO/RTO Costs in 2007 Pursuant to FERC Order 668

Summary:

Effective April 1, 2006, FERC Order 668 requires the CAISO to report its costs using three specified FERC accounts. The CAISO has allocated its GMC charge types (CTs) and line/path operator agreement (LOA) charges into the required accounts for 2008. Market Participants billed for CAISO’s costs through the GMC and LOAs can report those costs pursuant to the FERC order.
