FERC Fees Related to 2007 and 2008

Summary:

The FERC assessment rate for 2008 has changed, effective trade date January 1, 2008. Outstanding invoices for 2007 will be due and payable on the date referenced in each monthly invoice. The California ISO (CAISO) will calculate a supplemental assessment and issue an invoice for the difference between the amounts billed during 2007 and the final assessed FERC fees for 2007.
