On April 11, 2008 the California ISO (CAISO) will present the topic of Exceptional Dispatch at the joint Market Surveillance Committee (MSC) / Stakeholder meeting.  At the request of stakeholders, the CAISO will hold a conference call on April 17, 2008 to allow another opportunity to provide additional input on the topic of Exceptional Dispatch with MSC Chair Frank Wolak.

• Recap of April 11, 2008 MSC Exceptional Dispatch briefing
• Discussion of additional input with MSC Chair
