As noticed in the April 15, 2008 Market Notice, California ISO (CAISO) updated its non-public Operating Procedures to implement FERC Orders directing that Must Offer Commitments for Miguel and South of Lugo be treated as Zonal commitments. These FERC directives are described in the Amendment 60 Implementation Plan located on the CAISO Website at http://www.caiso.com/1faa/1faa949c4210.pdf.
The CAISO has posted stakeholder comments to the Amendment 60 Implementation Plan - Must Offer Commitments for overload mitigation at 1) Miguel and 2) South of Lugo. These comments came from:
