On May 1, 2008 the California ISO (CAISO) submitted the 2009 Local Capacity Technical Analysis Report to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) for consideration in CPUC Docket No. R08-01-025, addressing the CPUC’s resource adequacy program for 2009.  In addition, the CAISO posted the following documents to its website at http://www.caiso.com/1c44/1c44b8e0380a0.html:

 

• 2009 Local Capacity Technical Analysis Report (Final 2009 LCR Study Report 01-May-2008)
• Responses to stakeholder comments submitted after the March 4 and April 10, 2008 stakeholder meetings
