Summary

FERC is holding a 2008 Summer Assessment open meeting on May 15, 2008 and requests approval to disclose path flow information, derived from California ISO (CAISO) historical PI data, at the meeting.  The due date for any objections to the disclosure of this information is 5:00 p.m. (PDT), Monday, May 12, 2008.

Main Text 

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is holding an open meeting on May 15, 2008 to discuss 2008 Summer Assessment issues and requests approval to disclose certain path flow data, derived from CAISO historical PI data, at the meeting.  Specifically, the path flow data includes data for the period June through September 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, for Paths 26, 21, 15, 46 and 66-COI. 

 

Any Market Participant that objects to the disclosure of this information must submit its objection to the CAISO by 5:00 p.m. (PDT), Monday, May 12, 2008.  Unless the CAISO receives such an objection by that date, FERC will disclose this information at its May 15, 2008 open meeting.
