Posting of Updated BPM for MRTU

The CAISO has posted an updated version of the Reliability Requirements Business Practice Manual (BPM).

Main Text

The California ISO (CAISO) has posted an updated version of the Reliability Requirements BPM in both clean and redlined formats to its website at http://caiso.com/1840/1840b32523bf0.html.  The update includes revisions based on information from testing results and internal review processes as of March 1, 2008. 

 

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) held a technical conference on November 15, 2007 on the subject of BPMs.  Pursuant to the March 24, 2008 FERC Order on Technical Conference and Compliance, stakeholders will have the opportunity to review and comment on any new or revised BPM language, developed after November 15, at a future technical conference to be held six months following MRTU implementation.
