The California ISO (CAISO) has posted the final proposal paper on Exceptional Dispatch to its website at http://caiso.com/1c89/1c89d76950e00.html. Initially, the CAISO was going to post the final proposal on May 6, 2008, but based on stakeholder comments received, there was a need to have further review and discussion on the topic of Exceptional Dispatch.

The CAISO will present the final proposal to the CAISO Board of Governors during the May 21-22 Board meeting.
