Summary

The CAISO has posted the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Credit and CRR Release 2 draft tariff language for stakeholder comment.  Please submit comments by close of business May 20, 2008.  A CRR Tariff Language conference call is scheduled for May 23, 2008.

Main Text

The California ISO (CAISO) has posted the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Credit and CRR Release 2 draft tariff language for stakeholder comment.  The CAISO will present its CRR proposal to the Board of Governors for approval at the May 21 Board meeting.  If approved, the CAISO intends to make tariff amendment filing with FERC on or about May 30, 2008.

 

The CRR draft tariff language is located on the CAISO Website at: http://www.caiso.com/1b8c/1b8cdf25138a0.html.  Please submit comments to MRTUTariff@caiso.com by close of business May 20, 2008.

 

The CAISO will hold a conference call on May 23 to respond to stakeholder comments and questions on the CRR tariff language.
