California ISO Tariff Section 20 Notice of Requests for Information

Summary

The Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) is requesting certain documents and information pursuant to NERC Reliability Standards (NRS) TOP 002-2 requirement R17 and PER 004-1 requirement R4.  The due date for any objections to the production of responsive information is 4:00 p.m. (PDT), Tuesday, May 20, 2008.

Pursuant to NRS TOP 002-2 R17 and PER 004-1 R4, WECC has requested from the CAISO the confidential Operating Procedures listed at http://www.caiso.com/1fc7/1fc7864b54620.pdf.

 

Any Market Participant that objects to the disclosure of this information must submit by 4:00 p.m. (PDT), Tuesday, May 20, 2008, a court order or other appropriate order that prohibits disclosure.  Unless the CAISO receives such an order by that date, the CAISO will produce the requested documents.
