The California ISO (CAISO) has revised the following Operating Procedure:

 

T-165Z Palermo - Rio Oso Area Effectiveness Factors

 

Description of Change 

Updated the effectiveness factors for the various generation for overload mitigation for the combined calculated loading on the Table Mountain – Vaca Dixon 500kV Line and the Table Mountain – Rio Oso 230kV Line
