The California ISO (CAISO) has posted Exceptional Dispatch draft tariff language for stakeholder comment to its website at http://www.caiso.com/1c89/1c89d76950e00.html.  Please submit comments to MRTUTariff@caiso.com by close of business June 13, 2008.

 

The CAISO will hold a conference call on June 17 to respond to stakeholder comments and questions on the Exceptional Dispatch tariff language. 

 

The Exceptional Dispatch proposal was approved at the May 21 Board of Governors meeting.  The CAISO intends to make an amendment filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) the week of June 23, 2008.
