To ensure that the transmission owners have access to the transmission facilities and nearby area to trim or remove vegetation, or perform other maintenance CAISO requests all landowners and agencies to cooperate in allowing the performance of these maintenance standards and practices for the benefit of the CAISO transmission system and the entire State of California.
