TMCC Membership Applications Due

The ISO requests candidates for available membership positions on the Transmission Maintenance Coordination Committee (TMCC) by close of business February 20, 2009.

Main Text

In April 1998, the California ISO (the ISO), in compliance with a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission order and a resolution by the ISO Board of Governors, established an advisory committee called the Maintenance Coordination Committee (MCC), subsequently renamed the Transmission Maintenance Coordination Committee.  At this time, the ISO is seeking  candidates to fill five of the eleven external voting member positions whose two year terms are due to expire in the year 2009. The ISO requests candidates, inclusive of nominations from existing member organizations with terms that are expiring or need replacement and other stakeholder organizations with interest in participating with the TMCC, to submit their names, contact information, and qualifications by close of business February 20, 2009.
