Renewable Resource Integration – what is the ISO doing about it?

Need text – 20% and 33% RPS standard, Green House Gas Emissions, OTC, many mandates put on California to try and better the environment, blab la bla, we are reactive to that why making sure the lights stay on for Californians, our mission is reliability, etc etc etc, this is what we the ISO are trying to do.
