Main Text
Immediately following the regularly scheduled Thursday 10:30 a.m. Market Issues conference call on May 28, 2009, the California ISO will have a discussion regarding the use of distributed generation versus distributed load reference busses and our process for making a necessary clarification in the Tariff.
The California ISO previously communicated to market participants the need to use distributed generation versus distributed load in calculating the System Marginal Energy Cost component. This change was documented in the fall of 2008 in Section 3.2.1 of the Business Practice Manual (BPM) for Market Operations.
