The California ISO will conduct the Payment Acceleration Dry Run from July 1, 2009 through October 5, 2009 as scheduled:
July 1 to August 3 (Note revised end date)
The ISO submits meter data for Trade Dates 4/1-4/30. Structured testing of various scenarios outlined in the Payment Acceleration Dry Run Scenario document, posted at http://www.caiso.com/23bd/23bd91ca1f970.xls.
August 4 to August 31
Meter Data seeded for Trade Dates 5/1-5/31 by the ISO. Market Participants submit their own updated meter data.
September 1 to October 1
Meter Data seeded for Trade Dates 6/1-6/30 by the ISO. Market Participants submit their own updated meter data.
Participants can access the Operational Meter Analysis and Reporting (OMAR) Online for the dry run at https://omarpamktsim.caiso.com:446/.
To access and download your settlement statements, billing determinant files and invoices go to the SFTP (BAPI) site at: Sfts-ms.caiso.com. With the addition of Payment Acceleration, users now logging in will see two directories, Business Associate Portal Interface (BAPI) and Payment Acceleration (PA). Users must cd (change directory) into either directory depending on which one to access, then cd into their appropriate SC_ID folders.
