Power Contracts Bulletin Board |

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Order No. 719 included a directive that each ISO must dedicate a portion of its website for market participants to post offers to buy or sell power on a long-term basis. The Power Contracts Bulletin Board linked from this CAISO page is an Internet application created to facilitate this power contracting activity by allowing users to view, post and modify requests to buy or offers to sell power. The Power Contracts Bulletin Board (“Bulletin Board”) is hosted by PJM and available to the public through sponsorship by the ISO/RTO Council (IRC). Non-PJM Members requesting Bulletin Board access are required to complete an Authorization Form for PJM Interconnection Business Tools available on their eSuite webpage. The Bulletin Board is not maintained or operated by the California ISO (ISO), however, as a condition of your use, you warrant that (i) all information supplied by you on the Bulletin Board is accurate, current and complete, (ii) you agree to safeguard your account and supervise its use and you agree to be completely responsible for any use of your account by anyone else, whether authorized or unauthorized. Further, you agree that any content you post would not constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of the other party (including confidentiality restrictions), or otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law, including without limitation, the regulations of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the American Stock Exchange (ASE) or National Association of Securities Dealers Automatic Quotation (“NASDAQ”). Further, you agree not to use content that impersonates any person, entity or otherwise misrepresents you or your affiliation with a person or entity. Although ISO has no obligation to screen, edit or modify the content posted, ISO reserves the right to screen, edit or modify any content based on its sole and reasonable discretion, without notice. Note that any offers or bids posted on the Bulletin Board do not represent binding obligations on bidders and offerors until said entities enter into a bilateral agreement for the same outside of the realm of the Bulletin Board. ISO is not responsible for any content posted by users of the Bulletin Board, nor does it provide any representation or warranty regarding such content. ISO does not endorse any specific vendor, or vendor posting. ISO is not a party to any contracts that result from postings on the Bulletin Board and such contracts will not be settled via ISO/RTO settlements. All trading communication that occurs as a result of postings occurs independently of the ISO. |
