Text
In
April 1998, the California ISO (ISO), in compliance with a Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) order and a resolution by the ISO Board of
Governors, established an advisory committee called the Maintenance
Coordination Committee, subsequently renamed the Transmission Maintenance
Coordination Committee (TMCC).
The
ISO is currently seeking candidates to fill six of the eleven external
voting member positions whose two-year terms are due to expire in 2010.
The ISO has posted the position description and additional information to
its website at: http://www.caiso.com/docs/09003a6080/37/8c/09003a6080378c3a.pdf.
The ISO requests candidates, inclusive of
nominations from existing member organizations with terms that are expiring or
need replacement, and other stakeholder organizations with interest in
participating in the TMCC, to submit their names, contact information, and
qualifications by close of business February 12, 2010 to Steven Rutty using one
