Summary
The
California ISO posted to its website for stakeholder review draft tariff
language on data release for transmission constraints. Please submit
written comments by close of business on March 18, 2010. A stakeholder teleconference
is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 2010 to discuss the draft tariff
language.

Text
The
California ISO held a stakeholder process on Phase I of the Data Release and
Accessibility initiative on transmission constraints. During this
process, the ISO worked with stakeholders to determine what data should be
released and how to provide that data. The initiative was approved by the
ISO Board of Governors in February 2010.
The
draft
tariff language enabling such release is now available on the Data Release
Phase 1 - Transmission Constraints web page at: http://www.caiso.com/244c/244cae3b46bb0.html.
Please submit written comments to caisotariff@caiso.com
by close of business on March 18, 2010.
The
ISO will host a stakeholder teleconference on Wednesday, March 24 to discuss
the proposed draft tariff language and stakeholder comments.
