California ISO posted to its website draft tariff language for stakeholder
review. Please submit written comments by close of business on March 24,
2010. A stakeholder teleconference is scheduled for Monday, March 29,
2010 to discuss the draft tariff language.

Text
The
Ex Post Price Corrections – Make-Whole Payments initiative recently
completed the policy development stakeholder process. Through this
initiative, the ISO developed a make-whole payment mechanism to compensate
market participants for adverse financial impacts when prices are adjusted in a
way that is not consistent with their accepted bids.
The
draft
tariff language is now available on the Make-Whole Payments page on the ISO
website at: http://www.caiso.com/2453/2453ab8e10ff0.html.
Please submit written comments to caisotariff@caiso.com
by close of business on March 24, 2010. The ISO will host a stakeholder
teleconference on Monday, March 29 to discuss the proposed draft tariff
language and stakeholder comments.
