Summary
The California ISO posted the straw proposal for Updating
ICPM, Exceptional Dispatch Pricing and Bid Mitigation stakeholder initiative
and will host a stakeholder conference call on July 22, 2010 to discuss the
proposal. Stakeholder comments are due by close of business July 30,
2010.

On July 15, 2010 the California ISO posted the straw
proposal for the Updating ICPM, Exceptional Dispatch Pricing and Bid Mitigation

and will host a stakeholder conference call July 22, 2010 to discuss the
proposal. Please submit written comments to bmcallister@caiso.com by close of
business July 30, 2010.
The ISO will post an agenda and presentation for the
conference call to its website at the address shown above by close of business
July 20, 2010.
