Load granularity refinements
Through the Load Granularity Refinements initiative, the ISO and stakeholders will review issues related to the FERC-mandated disaggregation of California's three default load aggregation points (LAPs), and accordingly develop a change to the ISO market design. The outcome of this process will be a definition of a new geography at which load will bid, schedule and settle in the ISO market starting April 1, 2012 as well as a timeline and description of any further disaggregation after that date.
