Comments and suggestions related to the NQC values must be submitted through Customer Interface Resource Adequacy Resources (CIRA) system and suggestions for units to be added to the “Other tab” must be submitted through the Customer Inquiry, Dispute and Information (CIDI) system with the following subject line “2020 NQC Other tab” by close of business Sept. 9, 2019. The earlier market notice published on Aug. 20 included an incorrect deadline for submissions and comments related to the NQC values.
Comments and suggestions related to the EFC values must be submitted through CIDI with the following subject line “2020 EFC questions” by Sept. 1, 2019.
If no modifications are requested for EFC by Sept. 1, 2019, and NQC by Sept 9, 2019, the ISO will use the posted values for the RA compliance year 2020.
Scheduling coordinators may submit comments to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) at RAFiling@cpuc.ca.gov.
