The California ISO identified three regional transmission solutions that are eligible for competitive solicitation in the Board Approved 2022-2023 Transmission Plan. The ISO periodically posts answers to questions submitted in reference to associated project specifications, bidding, and application requirements to its website in a question and answer matrix, the ISO Responses to Comments Matrix - 2022-2023 Transmission Planning Process Competitive Solicitation (QA matrix). The latest version of the ISO’s QA matrix is posted to the ISO website on the 2022-2023 Transmission Planning Process webpage.
