The California ISO has posted the final 2022 resource adequacy net qualifying capacity data for requesting resources on the Reliability Requirements webpage, under the Net Qualifying Capacity (NQC) and Effective Flexible Capacity (EFC) heading.
The ISO will use the posted net qualifying capacity and effective flexible capacity value for compliance year 2022.
