The California ISO published the 2023 adjustment to the Reliability Network Upgrade (RNU) Reimbursement Maximum and inflation factor to the generation interconnection study webpage.
Section 14.3.2 of the ISO Generator Interconnection Deliverability Allocation Procedures requires the ISO to adjust the dollar-per-MW maximum RNU reimbursement amount annually and publish the amount and inflation factor on the CAISO Website.
The adjusted dollar-per-megawatt RNU reimbursement maximum will apply to interconnection requests that achieve commercial operation from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
