The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder call on Oct. 31, 2022 to discuss the criteria, methodology, and assumptions to be used in the 2024 Local Capacity Technical study. A draft study manual addressing these topics is available on the process webpage.

An agenda and presentation will be available prior to the meeting on the 2024 Local Capacity Requirements process webpage.

Please submit written comments on the study manual to regionaltransmission@caiso.com by close of business November 14.
