The ISO has posted the Aliso Canyon Gas Electric Coordination straw proposal to its website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/StrawProposal_AlisoCanyonGas_ElectricCoordination.pdf.
The proposal addresses the gas-electric market coordination concerns raised by the limited operation of the Aliso Canyon gas storage facility. The Market Surveillance Committee will discuss the proposal during their general session meeting on April 19, 2016.
Please submit written comments on the proposal to initiativecomments@caiso.com by close of business April 21.
