Applications for Status as New Participating Transmission Owners
Valley Electric Association, Inc. and the City of Colton have provided applications for status as new participating transmission owners. Comments on the applications are required no later than August 27, 2012.
Valley Electric Association, Inc. (VEA) and the City of Colton have submitted applications to become new participating transmission owners, pursuant to Section 188.8.131.52 of the ISO tariff and Section 2.2 of the Transmission Control Agreement.
VEA seeks to become a participating transmission owner with respect to its existing and as described proposed transmission facilities and entitlements effective on or about January 1, 2013. The City of Colton seeks to become a participating transmission owner with respect to its transmission entitlements effective on or about January 1, 2013.
Pursuant to Section 4.3.1 of its tariff, the ISO provides notice that it has received and posted the following applications to its website at http://www.caiso.com/rules/Pages/ContractsAgreements/Default.aspx:

In accordance with the Transmission Control Agreement, stakeholder comments on the applications are appreciated as soon as possible and required no later than August 27, 2012. Please submit comments to Daune Kirrene at email@example.com
