BPM Change Management PRR 1122: Appellant Reply Briefs Posted 1/21/20

MESSAGE

The California ISO Business Practice Manual (BPM) Change Management process enables affected parties to appeal a final decision for reconsideration on a Proposed Revision Request (PRR) to an appeals committee.

 

The appeal process includes several rounds of briefs from the ISO and the appellants. The appellants’ reply briefs to the ISO’s answering brief for PRR 1122, Inappropriate Reporting of Forced Outages, have been posted on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/rules/Pages/BusinessPracticeManuals/Default.aspx.

 

The remaining deadline in the PRR 1122 appeals process is as follows:

Jan. 27, 2020 - Stakeholders may submit supporting/opposing briefs, limited to four pages

 

The appeals and appeals process documentation are available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/rules/Pages/BusinessPracticeManuals/Default.aspx.

 

All PRRs and related activity are publicly available through the BPM Change Management site at http://bpmcm.caiso.com/Pages/default.aspx.
