The California ISO submitted a compliance filing to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regarding minimum load interest. The ISO will publish settlements statements and invoices on March 31, 2020. The ISO calculated the minimum load cost adjustment through March 31, 2020.

The filing explains that the ISO requires additional time to calculate interest on start-up costs and will submit a further supplemental filing by March 31, 2020, to propose a timeline for issuing settlements statements and invoices.
