Cynthia:

Riverside Public Utilities is a participant (ownership share) in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS).  The single meter issue is one that is of concern to Riverside and we wish to participate in the resolution of this matter.  We have reviewed CAISO White Paper "Use of a Single Meter by Multiple Scheduling Coordinators" and we have determined that Option #4 is a appropriate solution for the MSCS issue.

Please include us in future correspondences, discussions and meetings that CAISO plans to initiate relative to this subject.
